Crash physics, at the speed of a claim.
Silent Witness is a patent-pending platform that turns crash photos into court-ready accident reconstruction and biomechanical injury analysis in five minutes. Built by biomechanical engineers and forensic experts, used by personal injury attorneys, insurance carriers, and SIU investigators across the United States.
Crash reconstruction used to belong to a narrow specialty. A scene diagram, a set of measurements, a human expert charging $10,000 and delivering six weeks later. Most claim files never got that treatment because the economics didn't work for anything under a mid-six-figure demand. The ones that did often arrived past mediation, after reserves had already been set and a number had already been walked into the room.
We built Silent Witness to close that gap. Validated physics, deterministic methodology, audit trail on every number. Not a generative opinion that sounds like an expert. Real biomechanical analysis that holds up under cross-examination, priced for every file instead of just the headline cases.
The platform is built on top of two decades of biomechanical research, a 15,000-case validation set benchmarked against NHTSA and IIHS, and the same engineering principles that human reconstructionists rely on. The output is a Daubert-documented report. The economics make it usable on a Tuesday afternoon by an adjuster who has thirty other files to work.
By the numbers.
Leadership.

CEO & Co-Founder
Dr. Rami Hashish is a biomechanical expert in injury causation and forensic analysis, and director of the National Biomechanics Institute in Los Angeles. He has consulted on hundreds of personal injury, product liability, and high-profile forensic matters, and has been featured on CNN, ABC, The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, Discovery Channel, and Dr. Phil for his analysis on injury mechanics, sports biomechanics, and complex investigations.
He founded Silent Witness to bring the same scientific rigor used in expert witness reports to every claim file, not just the ones large enough to justify a five-figure expert. His work bridges the worlds of biomechanical engineering, personal injury litigation, and modern AI infrastructure.
Editorial and analytical standards.
Every analysis Silent Witness produces is grounded in published biomechanical research, validated against NHTSA and IIHS crash test data, and documented to the Daubert standard for admissibility. We disclose methodology, error rate, and assumptions on every report. We don't make claims we can't defend at trial.
The same standards apply to our writing. Every blog post is reviewed for technical accuracy by someone with direct experience in biomechanics, crash reconstruction, or claims operations. We cite NHTSA, IIHS, FMVSS, and CDC sources where the data comes from public research. When we use platform data in original analysis, we publish methodology and sample size and stop short of claims the data won't support.
